Lucas 3" horizontal boring mill repair. I apologize for not having more info. Am hoping someone can help. The yellow circle is the spindle speed selector handle for low, med, and high range. Spindle wont engage in high range. Runs fine in low and med. I'm assuming sheared pin, shifting fork, or something like that.
